The abstract submission deadline is 24 November 2008. Rejection notices will be sent to the corresponding author by electronic mail prior to the early registration deadline.
The deadline for early, discounted registration is 16 January 2009. Everyone who attends the conference, including speakers, must register. If an author has not received a rejection notice by this deadline, he or she should assume that his or her submission has been accepted either for oral or poster presentation and register.
