Information on Exhibits/Displays

The Houston Society for Engineering in Medicine and Biology will hold its 23rd Annual Meeting on February 9-10, 2006 at the University of Houston Hilton Hotel Conference Center. Engineers, scientists, clinicians and medical researchers attend this multi-disciplinary meeting. They come mostly from Texas and Louisiana, primarily from the Galveston, Houston, College Station, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Ruston and New Orleans areas.

Displays and exhibits are welcomed. Draped tables (2’x6’) are available for a fee of $200 each (sponsors contributing $500 or more receive the option for one display table at no charge). All breaks and poster sessions take place in the Exhibit area, providing ample opportunities for interaction with Conference attendees.

To reserve a table, please complete and return the “Sponsor/Exhibitor Form.” If you have any questions, contact Michael McGee at 832-355-3400 or mmcgee@heart.thi.tmc.edu.
