Submission

Abstracts should be submitted electronically. ideally in Rich Text Format (RTF), so that the authors' formatting intentions are as clear as possible. In general, abstracts must fit on one printed page of the abstract book. Advice for formatting the abstract is available in PDF and RTF formats. Word processor templates for a few programs are available (Word, STW). Abstracts that do not conform to this guidance will be reformatted or returned to the author.

Presenting Authors

Presenting authors are expected to register to attend the meeting. The corresponding authors of all submissions that have not been accepted will be notified by electronic mail prior to the early registration deadline of 17 December 2004. The final assignment of presentations to sessions is now planned to be posted by 15 January 2005.

Poster Presentations

Authors of posters are asked to review the poster preparation instructions and to take special note of the poster size limitation.
